It Was Five Years Ago, This Week

About 5 years ago, right about now, an actress friend encouraged me to catch up and join Facebook.

"It's the tool of Satan," she warned, "but you have to do it." 

And, reluctantly, I did.

Within 20 minutes, I was over sharing and obnoxiously political.

5 years later, I realize that all is lost.

I am now obsessed with adorable animal videos, George Takei memes and "What (fill in the blank) are you?" quizzes from Buzzfeed and Zimbio.
